ABOUT K.A.N.S.

AT KANS we believe children thrive when they’re free to explore, create, and connect with the world around them. Our programs provide fun and engaging activities that encourage natural learning, creativity, and exercise in an stress-free environment.

Designed for children ages 2.5 to 10, KANS introduces little ones to nature play and art-based learning, where discovery happens through the joy of play. Here, your child will develop a love for exploring and experiencing the beauty of art and nature.

Our mission is to nurture independent thinkers and learners, inspiring awareness of their ability to make a positive impact. In a gentle environment infused with God’s character, we spark creativity, a love for learning, and the freedom to grow.

Through hands-on learning, children open their minds to endless possibilities, find joy in discovery, and build meaningful connections with their peers and community. At KANS, your child’s journey of creativity and curiosity begins, and soon KANS will be introducing THE HARVEST - a nature-based school, where our classrooms will be forests, shorelines, gardens, and trail. This is where children explore, connect, and create through hands-on experiences with the natural world.

ABOUT FOUNDER & OWNER

With over 15+ years of experience working with children across various childcare settings, I’ve discovered that my work is more than a career—it’s my passion and joy. Guiding and nurturing children feels as natural and fulfilling as a beloved hobby, bringing light and purpose to my life.

For years, my dreams and visions of building something meaningful consumed my thoughts. I realized that my purpose was deeply connected to “healing” and creating opportunities for growth, both for children and myself. Even when doubts crept in or challenges made me consider giving up, signs of encouragement always found their way to me—a kind word from a former teacher, gratitude from a parent, a heartfelt moment with a student, or recognition of my talents from a mentor. These affirmations reminded me that I was on the right path.

The impact of my work became undeniable when families and children began seeking me out, even with minimal promotion of a program I had designed. It was humbling and eye-opening to see the difference I was making. These moments of connection reaffirmed that I was already walking in my gifts, doing the work I was called to do.

I am deeply grateful for those who have poured into my journey—mentors, educators, and friends who have shared wisdom and encouragement. Each step has reminded me that staying the course, no matter how difficult, is worthwhile. My purpose is clear, and I am committed to continuing this journey of creating, healing, and inspiring young minds.
